About the Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. This role includes both school-based services and clinic hours. What Youll Do
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
Provide direct, hands-on therapy services in school settings and in our clinic
Support functional skill development for students and patients across various environments
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising OT
Document sessions accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements
Educate patients, students, caregivers, and school staff on therapeutic strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
Maintain a safe, organized, and supportive treatment environment
Uphold state licensure, regulatory, and ethical standards

What Were Looking For
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current state licensure or eligibility as a COTA
CPR certification preferred (or required upon hire)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt between school-based and clinic environments
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
