Skilled Nursing Facility | Part-Time
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities focused on daily living skills, mobility, and functional independence
- Implement treatment plans and modify activities based on patient performance and goals
- Track patient progress and communicate updates to the Occupational Therapist
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and home programs
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant state licensure
- CPR and BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
