Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) (Contract)

Location: CA 95128
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Employment Type: Travel or Permanent Opportunity
Pay: $47/hour

Position Summary & Responsibilities

  • Assist OT in implementing SNF treatment plans

  • Provide therapy to improve ADLs, mobility, and functional independence

  • Monitor patient progress and report updates to OT

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Support interdisciplinary care team
