Job Description:
Purposelink Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Lancaster, CA. As a COTA, you will work alongside our team of occupational therapists to provide high-quality care and support to patients in need.
Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in evaluating and treating patients with various physical, mental, and emotional conditions
Implement treatment plans designed by occupational therapists to help patients improve their daily living skills and achieve their goals
Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to improve their overall well-being
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary
Adhere to all state and federal regulations and guidelines for occupational therapy services
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients

Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule of up to 36 hours per week. We also offer part-time and per diem shifts to accommodate different scheduling needs. Shifts may vary depending on client needs and facility schedule.
