Rather than supporting only one attorney, this role provides broad exposure to the firm's litigation practice while helping ensure cases move forward efficiently and deadlines are met.The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to organize case information, process legal documents, maintain case files, and provide administrative and litigation support across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include:Processing and organizing legal documents and court filingsMaintaining electronic case filesTracking and calendaring litigation deadlinesAssisting with document management and file organizationProcessing incoming legal correspondence and court noticesCoordinating medical records and other case-related documentsAssisting attorneys and paralegals with litigation support as neededSupporting day-to-day administrative functions that keep cases moving efficientlyIdeal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have:Previous paralegal or legal support experience preferredParalegal education or certification is a plusStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsA positive, team-oriented attitudeProficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technologyCandidates with transferable administrative or legal support experience who demonstrate strong organizational skills and a desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.Why Consider This Opportunity?This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, team-focused law firm where employees are valued and supported.
