We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Personal Training & Sales Coach to join our team!
This position is about more than simply leading workouts. You’ll help people set goals, build confidence, stay accountable, and achieve results — while also developing your skills in personal training, relationship building, and fitness sales.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Coach & Train:
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs based on each client’s goals, needs, and abilities.
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Build strong relationships that keep clients engaged, motivated, and accountable.
Build the Member Experience:
- Create a welcoming, professional, and results-driven gym environment.
- Help members feel comfortable, supported, and excited to reach their goals.
- Work closely with the team to create an exceptional member experience.
Grow Your Sales Skills:
- Conduct fitness consultations and connect with prospective clients.
- Make phone calls and send texts to follow up with potential clients.
- Participate in sales calls and help convert prospects into clients.
- Promote the club and its services through outreach and relationship building.
- Represent yourself as the coach who can help people get results — and represent our club as the place where they can achieve them.
Be Part of Our Community:
- Participate in social media and help showcase the culture, coaching, and results happening inside the club.
- Assist with daily gym operations and team initiatives.
- Collaborate with your teammates to help the entire club succeed.
