About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at 9Round - Elk Grove as a Certified Personal Trainer! Youll have the opportunity to inspire and motivate clients while delivering high-energy workouts in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead 30-minute kickboxing-inspired circuit training sessions for clients.
• Provide personalized fitness assessments and goal-setting for members.
• Monitor and support clients progress, ensuring proper form and technique.
• Create a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for all fitness levels.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and maintain a clean workout space.
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and continuously improve training methods.
• Promote 9Round programs and events to engage the community.

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer certification from a recognized organization.
• Experience in group fitness instruction or personal training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques and nutrition basics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR/AED certification is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
