Join our Fitness Center team and help inspire members to live healthier, stronger, and more confident lives. We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about building relationships, delivering results, and creating a positive fitness experience.

This is full-time opportunity ideal for a fitness professional who enjoys engaging with members, developing customized programs, and fostering a motivating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs based on individual goals, fitness levels, and health history
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor client progress
• Instruct clients on proper exercise technique, form, and safety
• Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment
• Stay current with industry trends, research, and best practices

Requirements

• Current Certified Personal Trainer credential from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field preferred
• Previous personal training experience preferred
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work Sundays and Fridays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Commission rate up to $34 per hour, floor rate is based on experience
