Who We’re Looking For

We’re actively seeking qualified, passionate personal trainers who are ready to do meaningful work.

You’re the right fit if you:

• Hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)
• Have experience coaching women — or a strong desire to specialize in it
• Bring a coaching philosophy built on encouragement, accountability, and education
• Know how to meet clients where they are and take them further than they thought possible
• Are reliable, professional, and genuinely love what you do

What You’ll Do

• As an Aspire coach, you’ll lead small group training sessions in a boutique, women-focused environment.
• You’ll build real relationships with real clients — tracking their progress, adjusting their programs, and celebrating their wins right alongside them.
• You’ll also support our nutrition coaching and accountability programs, so your impact goes well beyond the gym floor.

We are a growing small business giving women a place where they can get stronger and healthier while being supported by other like minded women. We've been in business since 2016 and currently have 3 locations in metro Atlanta.
