Certified Pest Control Operator/Manager

• Operational Leadership: Supervise and train pest control technicians, sales representatives, ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Service Management: Manage daily activities, work orders, routing, and scheduling; evaluate jobs and quality assurance.

• Client Service: Address customer concerns, resolve service issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Compliance & Safety: Oversee the use of pesticides, hazardous materials, and equipment; ensure all work adheres to environmental and safety standards.

• Team Development: Conduct training.

• Operations Support: Monitor inventory (products and equipment), maintain records, and generate reports for management.

• Field Work: Perform pest control services and lawn spray services.

• Equipment & Supplies: Ensure equipment is clean, well-maintained and properly stocked.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Current state-issued certified operator/applicator certification.

• Experience: Prior pest control experience (often 1+ year) and/or management experience.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail.
