- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License is required
- Successful completion of Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred.
- Pre-employment drug screen required.
- Past hospital experience preferred
- Sterile compounding experience preferred
