Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Current Texas Pharmacy Technician license/registration required
2–4 years pharmacy technician experience (retail, fulfillment, mail order, or call center)
Strong data entry, computer skills, and attention to detail
Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Preferred: PTCB or ExCPT, central fill/micro-fulfillment, third-party reject experience
Summary
Seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician 2 for an on-site micro-fulfillment / central fill pharmacy operation. This role supports high-volume prescription workflows using fulfillment technology and automation, with strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and speed. Ideal backgrounds include mail order pharmacy, fulfillment pharmacy, retail pharmacy, and pharmacy call center environments.
Responsibilities
Enter and process prescriptions and refills; support new patient registration
Interpret SIG codes and resolve missing/incorrect prescription details
Resolve third-party billing rejects and prescription exceptions
Operate within automated workflows; sort product and manage inventory through stages
Count/fill, label, pack, and ship prescriptions; maintain quality controls
Maintain documentation and compliance standards including HIPAA
Partner with pharmacists and escalate issues appropriately

Pay: $21.60/hr
Shift Options (must be available for one of these schedules):
2nd Shift: Sun–Tue + Fri, 3:30 PM–1:30 AM
2nd Shift: Sun–Wed, 3:30 PM–1:30 AM
Overnight: Sun–Thu, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Shift preference will be considered. If you only want one schedule, list it at the top of your resume. Candidates must still be available for all shift options as needed.
