We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to support our fulfillment operations. This role plays a key part in processing and managing prescription orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service for patients and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Process pharmacy orders from receipt through completion
Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
Prepare, scan, and manage documentation
Enter prescription and patient data into internal systems
Contact patients, members, or providers to verify information, collect payment details, and coordinate delivery priorities
Interpret provider prescriptions and create orders in compliance with state regulations
Retrieve and manage prescription, medical, lab, and reimbursement data
Qualifications
Active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License (required)
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) (required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
