Certified Pharmacy Technician - Full -Time | Days

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Blue Ridge, GA to hire a Certified Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate, and efficient medication services.<\/span><\/span>

This role assists pharmacists with medication preparation, distribution, inventory management, and documentation to ensure high standards of patient safety and pharmaceutical care.<\/span><\/span>

What You'll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Prepare and dispense medications under pharmacist supervision<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Assist with medication inventory, storage, and procurement<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain accurate records and documentation<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support pharmacists in safe medication dispensing and administrative & operational pharmacy tasks<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with handling, billing, and accountability procedures<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Respond to medication requests, urgent needs and collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care<\/span><\/span>

  What We Are Looking For<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • 2 -3 years of hospital based pharmacy technician experience preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Georgia Pharmacy Technician registration required<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Team - work skills & strong communication, accuracy, and attention to detail<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Professional, confidential, and dependable<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure in a fast -paced environment<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to manage interruptions and changing priorities<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to support medication needs across all patient age groups (neonatal to geriatric)<\/span><\/span>
