  • Complete cGMP documentation within the Quality Management System, including batch records, logs, and other required forms.
  • Perform aseptic operations in a cleanroom environment, including proper gowning, cleaning and sanitation, sterility practices, and environmental monitoring, in alignment with internal procedures, customer requirements, and FDA regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in both classified and non-classified areas, following all SOPs.
  • Perform radiation safety duties in accordance with the Corporate Radiation Compliance Program and site licensing requirements.
  • Provide high-quality customer service related to radiopharmaceuticals to physicians, healthcare workers, and other customers.
  • Take and process customer orders as permitted by state regulations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow up promptly and professionally on customer inquiries to support strong customer relationships.
  • Document pharmacy and customer complaints accurately and immediately notify the pharmacist for appropriate follow-up.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Active national pharmacy technician certification from a recognized certifying body.
  • Prior experience in radiopharmaceutical production, fulfillment, or compounding is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cGMP requirements and Quality Management Systems is beneficial.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom or other controlled environment is highly desirable.
  • Comfort working with aseptic techniques, environmental monitoring, and sterile production processes.
  • Ability to learn and apply complex regulatory requirements, including USP <797>, <823>, and proposed <825>.
  • Interest in career growth into QC Production Associate II or related roles with greater responsibility.
  • Strong customer service orientation, particularly in supporting physicians, healthcare workers, and clinical staff.

Work Environment

You will work in a radiopharmaceutical contract manufacturing facility designed to exceed regulatory compliance standards and support the development of next-generation theranostic agents. The environment includes classified cleanroom spaces where you will perform sterile compounding, aseptic operations, and environmental monitoring, as well as non-classified support areas for inventory management, documentation, and administrative tasks. You will follow defined gowning and hygiene procedures appropriate for cleanroom operations and adhere to all safety protocols, including radiation safety requirements under the Corporate Radiation Compliance Program and site licenses. The role operates in a fast-paced, highly technical setting that emphasizes quality, safety, and precision. Multiple full-time shift options are available, including an overnight shift (Monday-Friday, 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.), an early morning shift (Monday-Friday, 4:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.), and a morning shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.).
