Job Title: Phlebotomist Duration: 3 Months Location: Mill Valley, CA Shift: Monday - Friday 8 AM -5 PM Pay Range: $30hr - $ 32/hr Job Description: Experience / additional details: Any unique skills needed: Must be trained/comfortable with pediatric patients as young as 6 months, although typical age ranges will be 3 years to adult. Roles and responsibilities: Venipuncture services on a population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. Perform and assist with extended Product duties such as, but not limited to non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs Any certifications or qualifications needed: California CPT-1 Certification and at least 6 months of experience practicing phlebotomy post externship Vaccination Requirement: Not required Parking: Parking lot located at the office
