CRNA – 1 Hour from Boston & Providence, RI
Opportunity Highlights:
• Join an established anesthesia team of 11 anesthesiologists and 30 CRNAs
• Diverse case mix including orthopedics, cardiac/vascular, ENT, and general surgery
• No trauma or high-acuity pediatric cases
• No cardiac or OB required (available if interested)
• Flexible 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts
• Optional call with premium pay opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:
• $290K–$300K base salary plus incentives
• $125,000 sign-on bonus (limited-time offer)
• Annual $25,000 retention bonus after 3 years
• Up to 9 weeks PTO
