Details:- Specialty: Anesthesia Care Team
- Location: Waukegan, IL
- Facility Type: Community acute-care hospital
- $180/hr for up to 32 hours/week
- $210/hr for 32+ hours/week
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000, paid quarterly over 2 years, contingent on a minimum of 8 shifts per month Based on experience, weekly shift volume, and 2-year commitment
- 1099 Independent Contractor status
- Flexible scheduling (minimum 20 hours/week)
Qualifications:- Certified and licensed CRNA (active Illinois license or eligibility)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- NRP recommended
- Prior experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, reliability, and a patient-focused approach
