What You’ll Do:
- Provide anesthesia services across multiple surgical departments including general, ortho, gyn, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma
- Float between locations including Moses Cone (main site) and NORA locations (IR, EP, Endoscopy, MRI) as needed
- Manage anesthesia for over 60 cases daily across diverse patient populations (all ages)
- Use advanced equipment such as Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems
- Collaborate with team members for safe anesthesia delivery in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Adhere to protocols and safety standards, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
What You Need:
- North Carolina RN license and CRNA certification
- ACLS & PALS certifications
- 1-2 years of anesthesia experience (no new grads)
- Strong skills in vascular, neuro, and pediatrics anesthesia (preferred but not required)
- Ability to float and adapt to different surgical environments
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule with no consecutive days off
