What Youll Do
Provide anesthesia care within supervised modelno blocks, epidurals, or spinals
Support a care team model with a 4:1 patient ratio
Cover assigned shifts, including occasional overnight/weekend shifts (not required)
Support patients aged 12+ in a tertiary hospital setting
Engage in specialized care procedures on a Level III facility
Use Epic EMR for documentation
Support staff including anesthesia aides and room turnover
What You Need
Valid Minnesota RN license and CRNA certification
Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience
BLS/ACLS Tier 2 certifications
Ability to commit to at least two consecutive weeks per month for initial three months
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
