What Youll Do
Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures in a surgical services and endoscopy department
Support staff for anesthesia services, with coverage for 15-30 surgeries and 10-25 endoscopy procedures daily
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety across all ages (excluding cardiac and eye surgeries)
Administer anesthesia, monitor patient vitals, and ensure safety through each procedure
Document all anesthesia care accurately using Epic EMR system
Support coverage at the main hospital and multiple locations (Cambridge, Buffalo)
Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements
What You Need
Active Minnesota Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license
Board Certification in Nurse Anesthesia
Current PALS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1-year CRNA experience (preferred) or recent graduation from accredited program
Ability to work flexible shifts including 16-hour days and OT when required
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
