Required Skills
- Valid South Carolina RN license with CRNA certification and NBCRNA board certification
- Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- DEA registration and current SC state license
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices and protocols
- Proficiency in using EPIC EMR system
- Ability to independently support anesthesia procedures for a diverse patient population (ages 15-100)
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with OB-GYN, ENT, ortho, and general anesthesia procedures
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-specialty setting
- Familiarity with anesthesia equipment and supportive staff collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- At least 1 year of clinical anesthesia practice post-certification
- Proven ability to handle a variety of anesthesia techniques and cases with confidence
Other Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Support call coverage: home call every two weeks with response times within 30-45 minutes, including 24-hour weekend call
- Vaccination as mandated by healthcare regulations
- Commitment to credentialing and privileging processes in a timely manner
