    Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

    Location: Bigfork, Minnesota
    Schedule: Full-Time | Days | No Weekends | On-Site
    Compensation:$218,000–$270,000 annually

    Riam Recruiting is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a highly respected Critical Access Hospital in northern Minnesota.

    You'll work alongside experienced surgeons and clinical staff, providing comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures—all with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends.

    What You'll Do

    • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
    • Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
    • Provide post-anesthesia care, pain management, and monitor patient recovery.
    • Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, nursing, and surgical staff.
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
    • Participate in quality improvement and continuing education initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
    • NBCRNA certification.
    • Minnesota RN/APRN license (or eligible).
    • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (or ability to obtain).
    • Ability to practice independently with strong clinical judgment.

    Preferred

    • Rural or Critical Access Hospital experience.
    • Regional anesthesia experience.
    • Interest in serving a community-focused healthcare organization.

    Compensation & Benefits
