- Flexible scheduling options, including 8s, 10s, 12s, and 24s with shift differentials
- Voluntary call and weekend coverage
- Cases include ortho, GI, general, OB, gynecology, urology, vascular, neurology, ophthalmology, thoracic, and healthy pediatrics (no trauma)
