Pay Rate: $250.00 / hour + Call Pay + Covered Travel & Accommodations

Schedule: Rotating Schedule (Ideal: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off or 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off)

Clinical Scope & Practice Environment

• Practice Model: 100% independent, autonomous CRNA practice—no supervision required.

• Full-Scope Anesthesia: Perform general anesthesia, MAC, spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks.

• Diverse Case Mix: General Surgery, OB/GYN (~100 births/year), Orthopedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, and Urology.

• Facility: Busy, top-rated Critical Access Hospital serving a vibrant regional patient population.

Schedule & Compensation

Designed to offer maximum earnings alongside substantial scheduled time off:

• Flexible Rotation: Preferred schedule is 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (or structured 3-week rotation: Week 1: 40 hours + 7 days call; Week 2: 40 hours, no call; Week 3: OFF).

• Hourly Pay: $250.00 / hour plus additional call pay.

• Travel & Housing: 100% covered travel expenses, lodging, and accommodations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN and CRNA license (or eligible for Wisconsin licensure).

• NBCRNA Certification.

• Proven proficiency in full-scope independent anesthesia practice, including OB epidurals, spinals, and nerve blocks.

• ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications.
