  • Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
  • Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
  • Board certification as a CRNA.
  • Active license or ability to become licensed in California.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Flexible Scheduling:

  • Flexible scheduling is available.
  • PRN shifts are Monday - Friday and consist of 10-hrs & 12-hrs (potential to include 14-hrs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently provide high-quality, comprehensive care to medical and surgical patients in a hospital environment, servicing a variety of surgical procedures in the Main OR.
  • Manage all aspects of anesthesia delivery, including induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia care.
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthetic plans as clinically indicated.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Murrieta, CA is known for its beautiful weather and is one of the most family-friendly cities in CA. It's also home to Loma Linda Hospital, a leading academic medical center committed to clinical excellence, compassionate care, and innovation in healthcare.

Rewards and Compensation:

  • Hourly PRN 1099 compensation is $175/hr.
