Sound Anesthesia is honored to collaborate with the established, high-performing team at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola beginning May 2026. We are committed to supporting the strong clinical foundation already in place-fostering collaboration, advancing patient-centered care, and investing in the clinicians who serve this community. Local Team Collaboration:

• We believe in local, site-led leadership.
• Strong collaboration between all physicians and CRNAs on the team supporting full scope of practice for all members.
• The model is 16 physicians and 62 CRNAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide peri and post-operative care for a Level I trauma center offering cardiac, OB/GYN, general, pediatrics, ortho, neuro, and vascular surgeries.

Scheduling:

• NEW 26-week schedule offering.
• 1 week on / 1 week off working a 1.05.
• Will have a set schedule of (3) 12s, (2) 10s, and (2) 8s in the week.

Qualifications:

• NBCRNA certified (or to be certified if a student).
• Active FL license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Pensacola blends coastal charm with a vibrant, small-city feel. Residents enjoy walkable historic neighborhoods, a lively downtown with restaurants and arts, and year-round festivals and events. The cost of living is lower than in many coastal cities, and the area offers a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere.
• Pensacola is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S., with sugar-white sand and emerald-green water. Outdoor activities like boating, fishing, hiking, and paddleboarding are part of everyday life, and peaceful natural areas like Perdido Key and the Gulf Islands National Seashore are just minutes away.
• The region offers solid public and private school options, including magnet and specialty programs. Families also benefit from nearby higher-education institutions such as the University of West Florida and Pensacola State College.

Rewards and Compensation:

• W2 yearly salary $279,269.23.
• 1099 available if needed.
• Signing bonus.
• CME funds.
