Opportunity Highlights
Qualified Candidates • Staffing model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists, and 15 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR, and Endo. • Average surgical volume: 8000 cases annually. • Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. • No Peds. No OB. No Trauma.
CRNAs Practice CRNAs practice top of license with autonomy. Able to perform blocks, do own lines, and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
Current Schedule • 4 10s plus beeper call for additional comp. • 1X week late case finishes. • 1 48-hour weekend beeper shift every 1.5 months. • If called in true emergent cases. Always a physician on site.

• Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary. • Additional 40K Geographic stipend. • 15K stipend if cardiac proficient.
• Start Date Bonus up to 75K and relocation assistance available. • 8 weeks of Time Away From Practice with no waiting period. • Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. • Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
