HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Chippenham Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2 employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. • Anesthesia Care Team Model of 9 General Anesthesiologists • 4 CV Anesthesiologists • 29 CRNAs covering 20 sites of service on average • Diverse mix of cases including Trauma, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, OB, General Orthopedics, Urology, GYN, GI, and Pediatrics • Annual surgical volume: 18,000 cases • 500 labor epidurals on average • Current schedule: 81/12 hour shifts • Post call day off • Weekday and weekend call shared equally
