Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center
Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired
Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
Care team model, equitable call schedule
ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

Schedule and Shift Details 

Flexible work days and hours, option for self-scheduling 5-8s, 2-12s + 2-8s, 3-12s, future option for 13/13/14. Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired.

Requirements:

1) Do you have a Master's degree in Anesthesiology? 

2) Are you a Board Certified CRNA? 

3) Do you have or are you willing to obtain an OH license? 

4) Do you have cardiac experience or interest? Preferred not required
