We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide advanced anesthesia care across a variety of surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. This role is responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patient vital signs, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative care teams.
The ideal candidate is clinically excellent, highly detail-oriented, and experienced in delivering anesthesia in fast-paced hospital or surgical environments, with a strong commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice.

Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical or medical procedures
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient history and risk evaluation
Develop individualized anesthesia care plans
Monitor patient vital signs throughout procedures and adjust anesthesia as needed
Manage airway support, ventilation, and hemodynamic stability
Respond to changes in patient condition during procedures
Ensure safe induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Identify and manage anesthesia-related complications
Follow evidence-based protocols and safety standards
Maintain strict adherence to patient safety guidelines
Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and surgical teams
Communicate patient status and anesthesia plans effectively
Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient discussions
Coordinate care in operating rooms, procedure suites, and recovery areas
Support multidisciplinary care planning
Accurately document anesthesia administration and patient responses
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
Ensure proper medication handling, controlled substance documentation, and reporting
Participate in audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews
Provide anesthesia in emergency and trauma situations when required
Respond to cardiac or respiratory emergencies during procedures
Support rapid decision-making in high-acuity environments
Assist in critical care settings when applicable
Stay current with anesthesia best practices, pharmacology, and clinical guidelines
Participate in continuing education and certification requirements
Contribute to clinical training of nurses or anesthesia staff when needed
Engage in quality improvement initiatives
Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (if applicable to facility)
Strong clinical experience in anesthesia delivery
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Must currently reside in one of the approved locations listed above
Experience in high-acuity hospital or trauma center settings
Experience with diverse surgical specialties (orthopedics, cardiology, neurosurgery, etc.)
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Additional certifications in pain management or critical care
Experience in teaching or clinical supervision roles
Strong background in regional anesthesia techniques
