Seeking a licensed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services on an independent contractor basis for outpatient interventional pain management procedures. This role is limited to non-opioid, non-controlled-substance anesthesia protocols in a same-day surgical setting, working every other Wednesday. Our physicians and staff are easy going and always available to help.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and monitor anesthesia (e.g., MAC, local, regional/nerve blocks) for outpatient pain procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and joint injections
Conduct pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage recovery through discharge
Maintain strict adherence to facility policy: no administration, prescribing, or dispensing of controlled substances/opioids
Collaborate with pain management physicians, surgical staff, and nursing team
Document care accurately in the EMR and ensure compliance with state and facility regulations
Respond to and manage any intraoperative or perianesthesia complications
Participate in quality assurance and safety initiatives
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) and active state licensure
Current CPR/ACLS certification (PALS as required)
Prior experience in ambulatory surgery or pain management preferred
Independent contractor status; must carry own malpractice insurance (or verify coverage terms with facility)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
