    Job Description

    Anesthesia Associates of Kansas City (AAKC) is the largest private anesthesia practice in the Greater Kansas City region.  AAKC has been serving the Kansas City community for more than six decades, providing anesthesia and pain management services to 12 industry award-winning hospitals and surgery centers across the Kansas City Metro area.

    We are growing and seeking motivated CRNAs to join our team!  In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we offer a sign-on bonus, annual CME allowance, generous vacation allocations, and professional liability insurance.  Additional compensation opportunities include extra shifts, quarterly bonuses, call pay, leadership roles, and attendance bonuses.  CRNAs have the potential to earn between $220k - $400k annually!  We offer multiple work schedules to fit a variety of lifestyles at area hospitals and surgery centers, including non-call positions.
     
    Opportunities exist in both Kansas and Missouri, which include sites in Overland Park and Leawood, Lee’s Summit, Belton, and Independence.

    Position Requirements:
     
    • Graduate or working toward graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
    • Valid CRNA certification required.
    • License to practice in the state of Kansas &/or Missouri (or willingness to obtain when eligible).
    • BLS/ACLS or willing to obtain certifications. PALS certification may be encouraged at some locations.
