St. Joseph’s Health is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist’s (CRNA) to join our hospital-employed Anesthesia team. Work with an experienced, dynamic team with cases at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Surgical Centers in Syracuse, NY.
Position Details:
Full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities available
Shifts: 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
No call requirement and opportunity for overtime
Surgical Case Mix: Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Colorectal, Urology, OB/GYN, ENT, and Dental

Qualifications:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active New York State license or eligibility
Strong clinical skills with the ability to practice independently
Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
Recruitment Package:
Base Salary Compensation: $265,000 to $285,000 per year
Additional Premium Pay: $190-$225 per hour for designated hours/ dates
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.
Starting Bonus: $100,000
Retention Bonuses: $30,000
