Licenses: Active Minnesota license <\/li>
Experience: Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience <\/li>
Other Qualifications: Comfortable with unsupervised practice model; strong OB background with VBAC/TOLAC experience; proficiency in pediatric and ENT anesthesia <\/li><\/ul>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
Float between Owatonna and Faribault facilities (20 minutes apart) <\/li>
Provide anesthesia care for general surgical and obstetric cases, including VBAC/TOLAC <\/li>
Perform epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal and peripheral nerve blocks <\/li>
Participate in rotated call, covering weeknight and weekend beeper call with 30‑minute response time <\/li>
Work independently in an unsupervised care model at Faribault and collaboratively with MDs at Owatonna <\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
