COMPENSATION: Certified School-Based Support Staff Compensation Guide (Starting $55,430)

Education / Certificate
1.Master's Degree in alignment with Arizona Department of Education School Counselor Certificate
Certified in School Counseling (formerly guidance counselor certificate).
Current and valid IVP Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
Experience
Communication Skills
1.Strong writing, literacy, and communication skills; uses effective communication strategies to interact with a variety of audiences
Computer Skills
Knowledge of Google Suite
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Student Information Systems
Knowledge of Naviance
