Immediate need for a talented Certified Senior UX Writer / Content Designer . This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 6+ years of UX Writing / Content Design experience UX Writing Certification is REQUIRED Strong experience creating: Microcopy User flows Digital landing pages Membership/joining flows Enrollment and onboarding journeys Experience writing content for: Insurance Financial services Membership/product enrollment experiences Figma Requirements (Critical) Hands-on experience editing directly inside Figma Ability to: Navigate comfortably within Figma Edit layouts/components Update content inside designs Work within established design systems Must collaborate closely with UX Designers and Product teams Content & UX Writing Skills Strong understanding of: UX writing principles Content hierarchy User-centered content strategy Strong knowledge of: SEO AP Style Style guides/content standards Ability to create concise, conversion-focused digital experiences Experience writing acquisition/member conversion content Collaboration & Process Experience partnering with: Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) UX Designers Product & Design teams Ability to work within established enterprise design workflows Excellent communication and collaboration skills Insurance, banking, or financial services background Experience supporting member onboarding and acquisition journeys Enterprise UX/content environment experience Our client is a leading Biopharmaceutical Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
