What You Will Do:Guarantee Patient Safety by meticulously decontaminating and sterilizing surgical instruments according to precise clinical standards, ensuring every tool is safe for the next procedure.
Precision Tool Preparation using advanced tracking systems to assemble surgical sets with 100% accuracy, providing our surgeons with exactly what they need to succeed.
Drive Operational Readiness by proactively managing specialized inventory and case carts, ensuring life-saving equipment is always available the moment a patient needs it.
Champion Quality Excellence by leading peer audits and equipment inspections, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the sterile processing department.
Master Complex Technology by expertly operating high-tech sterilization equipment, translating manufacturer instructions into flawless, repeatable safety protocols.
