Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Location: Evanston, IL
Assignment Details:
- Duration: 8 weeks
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift Options:
- 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (with rotating day off)
- Schedule: Monday Friday
Call Requirements:
- On-call required
- Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital while on-call
Floating Requirements: None
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of CST experience
- At least 1 prior travel contract required
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Preferred (not required): Plastics, General, Orthopedic, ENT, and Neuro cases
Licensure & Certifications:
- NBSTSA Certification (required)
- BLS Certification (required)
Orientation:
- Scheduled on any weekday prior to start
Credentialing Requirements (Due Thursday before start date):
- Complete Blood Count (CBC)
- Drug Screen (DS)
- QuantiFERON Gold test (within 90 days)
