As a Certified Surgical Tech, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by assisting with the provision of safe and effective nursing care in accordance with a defined scope of practice within the operating room. This may include: direct patient care and observation, scrubbing and assisting the surgeon at the operative field, surgical room turnover between cases, collection and recording of pertinent clinical data in the medical record and consistent collaboration with the Registered Nurse in clinical decision making.

Our division has a unique opportunity of building and operating a new ambulatory surgery center, Brentwood Surgery Center. This new surgery center is set to open in July 2021 in Brentwood, Tennessee. We have skilled and talented surgeons in the community who are committed to its success.
Brentwood Surgery Center will have 3 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms. This state-of-the-art facility will perform an array of outpatient surgery from multiple specialties. Our specialties include orthopedics, total joints, endoscopy, general surgery, GYN, and podiatry. Brentwood Surgery Center will be a CMS certified facility accredited with the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (“AAAHC”).
