Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room for our client in Bakersfield, CA 93301 . This is a 8 week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room
Location: Bakersfield, CA 93301
Duration: 8 weeks
Work Schedule: Day Shift (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons and the surgical team during operative procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure a sterile environment throughout surgical procedures.
  • Anticipate surgeon needs and provide appropriate instruments and supplies.
  • Perform instrument counts and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support patient safety and comply with all operating room protocols.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience required.
  • Active California Surgical Technologist credentials/license required.
  • AHA BLS certification required.
  • Recent Epic and Cerner experience (within the last 5 years) required.
  • Candidate must have worked as an employee or successfully completed a contract using both Epic and Cerner.
