It's All About Kids Inc in Framingham, MA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Certified Toddler Teacher to join their team! Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddler-aged children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
• Maintain accurate developmental records and documentation for each student
• Ensure classroom safety and adherence to licensing and health regulations
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
• Strong understanding of toddler developmental milestones and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
• Ability to maintain a patient, warm, and positive classroom environment
• Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
