About the Role: It's All About Kids Inc in Framingham, MA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Certified Toddler Teacher to join their team! Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddler-aged children
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
Maintain accurate developmental records and documentation for each student
Ensure classroom safety and adherence to licensing and health regulations
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support program goals
Requirements:
Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or equivalent required
Previous experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
Strong understanding of toddler developmental milestones and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families
Ability to maintain a patient, warm, and positive classroom environment
Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
