We’re looking for an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join our clinic and help take patient care, team leadership, and clinic culture to the next level. If you’re the type of person who can run a treatment floor, support your team, educate clients and still hype everyone up during a chaotic day… we want you

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Leading and supporting the technician team throughout daily clinic operations
    • Working hand and hand with our practice manager to ensure tech land is running smoothly
    • Mentoring and training newer technicians and assistants
    • Helping create efficient workflows and maintaining positive team culture
    • Assisting veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, surgery and treatment plans
    • Monitoring anesthesia and surgical patients
    • Performing blood draws, IV catheter placement, radiographs, lab work, dental procedures and nursing care
    • Managing hospitalized and critical care patients
    • Educating pet parents and making sure they feel informed and supported
    • Helping maintain inventory, treatment protocols, and medical standards
    • Advocating for both patients and your team every single day

    Why People Love Working Here:

    • You actually get to use your skills and grow them
    • Supportive leadership that values your experience and ideas
    • Team culture that’s collaborative, positive and drama-free
    • Opportunity to work with advanced medicine and integrative therapies
    • Fast-paced environment where every day is different
    • Coworkers who genuinely care about pets, clients, and each other
    • A clinic that believes veterinary technicians are essential, respected, and appreciated

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)
    • Graduate of an accredited Veterinary Technician program
    • VTNE completed and active credentials required
    • Previous veterinary experience required
    • Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
    • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
    • Passion for mentorship, teamwork, and patient advocacy
    • Interest or experience in surgery, dentistry, anesthesia, rehab, acupuncture, or laser therapy is a huge plus

    Bonus Points If You:

    • Love mentoring newer team members
    • Thrive in fast-paced environments
    • Can balance leadership with compassion
    • Bring positive energy even on the crazy days
    • Are passionate about gold-standard medicine and patient care

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive pay + benefits package starting day ONE of employment
    • Continuing education (CE) allowance and license renewal fee's covered
    • Generous pet discount
    • Professional development opportunities, that's right we want you to grow!
    • Supportive management that wants you to succeed
    • Opportunities to grow your leadership skills
    • A genuinely fun and team-focused environment
    • Daily serotonin from adorable patients

If you’re ready to step into a leadership role where your skills, experience, and voice actually matter, we’d love to meet you
