We continue to build our capacity as we expand our programs to more districts.The RoleThe Elevo Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and quality of Elevo's regional programs. This role ensures fidelity of program implementation, operational excellence, and strong district partnerships while developing and supporting Regional Program Training Managers (RPTMs) and wellness coaching staff. This role serves as the primary operational and strategic lead for programming and works cross‑functionally with internal departments and district partners to ensure services meet contractual, compliance, and student support expectations. The Operations Manager reports to the Director of Operations.ResponsibilitiesProgram Implementation & Site SuccessOversee the fidelity of implementation of services across assigned districts and sitesDesign and oversee rotational schedules to ensure adequate service coverage and compliance with district agreementsEnsure operational processes are executed effectively, including attendance tracking, data collection, and billing documentationConduct regular site visits to monitor program quality, coach performance, and student engagementOccasionally fill in on‑site to support the site team and work directly with studentsPerform quality assurance reviews and implement corrective action plans when neededOversee curriculum integration and implementation aligned with district wellness goals and Elevo standardsStaff Development & LeadershipProvide leadership, coaching, and professional development to RPTMs and Certified Wellness Coach staffSupport onboarding, training, and backfill training for new and existing staffParticipate in and support recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes for Elevo coachesSupport performance management, growth planning, and upskilling of staffDistrict & Site Partnership ManagementServe as the primary day‑to‑day district point of contact for programmingBuild and maintain strong relationships with district leadership, principals, assistant principals, counselors, after‑school staff, and other partner agenciesLead site‑level planning conversations to align wellness services with school needs and prioritiesIdentify emerging site or district concerns and develop proactive solutions and action plansOperational Strategy & Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with internal teams, including Talent, Curriculum, and Marketing, to support program implementationCommunicate talent needs, program updates, and resource gaps to appropriate internal stakeholdersEnsure program compliance with contractual, state, and organizational standardsRequired4–6+ years of experience in program operations, staff management, or education‑based program leadershipAbility to travel to sites regularly (4-5 times per week or as needed)Strong stakeholder management and customer service experienceAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Addiction Studies or PsychologyExperience supporting student wellness, behavioral health, counseling, or student intervention programsWill be required to register with the California Department of Health Care Access and Information. Elevo will help with completing the registration processPreferredExperience working within K–12 school systems or student support servicesExperience overseeing data tracking, compliance reporting, or student service documentationExperience leading multidisciplinary or specialized service teamsSkills, Knowledge & TraitsStrong operational and program quality managementAbility to lead specialized service programs with attention to compliance and fidelityRelationship‑driven leadership style with strong communication and collaboration skillsStrategic thinker with strong problem‑solving abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detail and data analysis skillsComfortable facilitating trainings and presenting to school and district stakeholdersThis position's target annual base pay range is $75,000 - $80,00. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
