Description:
• The CFO will oversee financial management and strategy for a nonprofit organization in Bridgepoint, CT. 
• This full-time role involves directing budget management, securing funding, and ensuring financial compliance. 
• The position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on financial analysis and strategic planning.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Minimum of ten years progressive finance experience in a nonprofit organization
• At least three years in a similar CFO position
• Experience in nonprofit accounting, including fund and grant accounting
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare audits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational ability
• Experience with complex funding and revenue streams
• Proficiency in developing financial policies and procedures
• Experience with financial analysis and strategic vision planning
• Knowledge of state regulations regarding cost allocations
• Experience in directing audits and financial reporting
