Join Barclays as a CFO Business Partnering & Controls VP where you’ll have the chance to act as a liaison and trusted advisor to global business, driving financial insight, governance, and control excellence. In this role you will be responsible for leading financial planning processes (including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy), while ensuring the integrity of financial information and regulatory reporting. You will deliver actionable analysis and metrics to senior management, support major planning exercises such as stress testing, and partner with business heads on strategic initiatives and new product approvals. Additionally, you will oversee risk and control frameworks, resolve complex issues, and champion process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Minimum Salary: $150,000
Maximum Salary: $210,000
