Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of a growing organization. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
This is an opportunity for a high-impact finance leader who enjoys both strategic planning and rolling up their sleeves when needed.
Lead all accounting and finance functions
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities
Develop and improve financial reporting and internal controls
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and audit requirements
Mentor and develop accounting and finance staff
Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
Prior leadership experience at the Controller, VP Finance, or CFO level
