What your future day will look like:

Shape and execute financial strategies that support company goals and long-term growth initiatives.
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and treasury functions.
Analyze financial results and provide leadership with insights, forecasts, and recommendations.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, audits, tax obligations, compliance requirements, and financial controls.
Partner with departmental leaders to improve efficiency, control costs, and strengthen overall business performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while supporting investments, capital projects, and other strategic initiatives.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA and CPA credentials preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior-level leadership position.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, GAAP, internal controls, tax regulations, audits, and compliance requirements.
Experience managing cash flow, banking relationships, investments, debt obligations, and financial risk initiatives.
Manufacturing finance experience, including cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance, is preferred.
Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting software, advanced Excel, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
