? Produce financial statements and reports, reporting on financial performance
? Oversee, mentor, and train staff
? Complete projections and budgets, including cash management
? Offer accounting expertise to staff and leadership, including researching GAAP treatment
? Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness with monthly close
? Other duties and projects as needed
Required Skills
? Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting
? A minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years of this in public accounting, is strongly preferred
? A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred
? Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
? Must be able to multi-task
? Must be highly motivated and able to work independently or in a team
? Must be able to acclimate quickly at different client sites, including getting up to speed with people, processes, and computer systems
? Must possess a positive attitude, be able to produce our core focus, and exhibit our core values?
