We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in the healthcare/Social Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with a particular focus on the healthcare and social services sectors. This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including revenue management, cash flow forecasting, and monthly reporting. The CFO will also play a key role in managing resources, leading change, and driving the financial success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial operations of the organization, including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements, and reporting on financial performance.

2. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

3. Manage cash flow and forecasting, ensuring the organization has the necessary resources to meet its objectives.

4. Oversee the general ledger and perform variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

5. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives, aligning financial management with overall organizational goals.

6. Navigate state funding processes and manage financial relationships with external partners.

7. Lead financial planning for services related to intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), respite care, and in-home care.

8. Drive resource allocation decisions, ensuring that resources are effectively and efficiently used.

9. Lead change management efforts related to financial operations, ensuring that the organization is able to adapt to changing circumstances and needs.

10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of financial integrity and transparency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA is strongly preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in the healthcare and social services sectors.

3. Demonstrated experience in managing revenue, cash flow, and monthly reporting processes.

4. Experience with general ledger management and variance analysis.

5. Knowledge of state funding processes and experience in managing financial relationships with external partners.

6. Experience in financial planning for services related to IDD, respite care, and in-home care.

7. Proven ability to lead resource allocation decisions and drive financial success.

8. Strong change management skills, with the ability to lead the organization through financial change and uncertainty.

9. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

10. Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for financial improvement and growth.
